The blue arrow on the Benchmark indicates that 76.2% of members tested by ITM have no errors.  Alternatively, over 23.8% have an error in one or more of the audited data fields.  Benchmark charts delivered to clients also contain a “red” arrow indicating the client’s own data integrity performance and whether or not it is better than the Benchmark.
